Wednesday 17th April evening - Wet Felting with Sarah Camplin. 6.30pm-9pm. £25, plus £8 in cash to the tutor for materials.

On this evening workshop, learn how to create an original piece of art using the ancient technique of felting. Wet felting is the process of combining layers of wool roving and/or wool yarns into one flat piece of felt fabric. This is widely regarded to be the traditional or oldest felting method.
You can choose what you would like to create, whether that is a flower, badge, small cushion, brooch or whatever else you can think of! Sarah will then show you the technique from start to finish, providing any continual support you may need. This is a free-format session where you will leave with a piece of artwork made from your imagination. Suitable for beginners.

Saturday 27th April - Bookbinding with Danielle Telfer. 10.30am-1.30pm. £25, plus £5.50 in cash to the tutor for materials.

This bookbinding workshop is based on traditional techniques which Danielle learned whilst studying illustration. She has adapted the technique so that it can be used at home. You will learn the basic skills to create an A5 hardback book in the workshop, and these skills can be used again in your own time. The books make beautiful gifts as notebooks or sketchbooks, and are easy to make after a few practices.

Saturday 11th May - Mosaics with Sarah Camplin. 10.30am-1.30pm. £25, plus £10/£12 (depending on whether you choose A5 or A4 plaque) in cash to the tutor for materials.
